Why did I choose my major (final)

Electrical Engineering (EE) is my major's full name, EE field is composed of many things widely, like study of the electric circuit, factory practicum of the power distribution and computer CPU's design...etc. , all of science and technology application is related to EE. In general life, many of high technology advances, cell phone, video telephone and remote control interface even of the information tabletop lecterns are related to EE. Why did I choose that to be my major? Actually, it was chosen by my father. My father told me that if I majored in EE, there would be lot of chances to make money. In other words, from the point of view of the old generation, EE has a bright future..

Above those applications, high technology's or 3c product 's news are fascinated . To be a electrical engineer, work at high technology company and have million dollars yearly salary is dream of every modern people. Let's try imaging there have your own office desk in Taipei 101 building is a very cool thing, isn't it? In the beginning, I did not have any interest in EE because that not my choice so I didn't to understand it deeply. However, when I touched it every day, I felt more interested in it little by little. Accordingly, I begin searching a lot of information of EE by Network, this field really has wide knowledge, and I believe that I can do my best in it. Among EE, there are many practical courses about circuit connection. For example, I found the practicum of "Microprocessors Programming and Interfacing" is the most interesting one.When I completed every circuit practice by myself, I felt so accomplished, and the course is very useful.

Finally, I think we should study hard of every way that we had choose, and increase own professional knowledge continuously. In the future, maybe there will appear anything that I invent in the world, and I think it will be very popular.

我主修科目全名為：電機工程，電機工程所涵蓋的領域非常廣，包含電路的學習、工廠配電實作、電腦CPU的設計…等等，關於科技的應用都離不開電機兩個字。在平日一般生活上，許多高科技發展、手機、視訊、觸控式面板甚至是學校用的資訊講桌，都跟電機的領域息息相關。為什麼我會選擇這個科目為我的主修呢? 事實上，這是我爸幫我選的。因為他覺得這條路有比較多賺錢的機會，換句話說，在一般長輩的眼光中電機擁有不錯的未來。

就上面所說的各項應用，也確實是這樣，一般男生對於科技、3C等各項新奇的產品，大都感到非常有興趣，且到高科技公司上班、當一個電子科技新貴、年薪百萬是每個新新人類的夢想，試著想像自己在101辦公大樓裡有著自己的辦公桌，在這樣的工作環境難道不覺得很酷嗎？我一開始就這樣字面上幾個字的科目並沒有興趣，因為我根本沒有深入去了解它，而且這並非是自己的選擇，但當我每天不斷的接觸它，我便漸漸開始覺得有趣，於是我開始從網路上找了許多電機相關的資料，這個領域真的很廣，也的確有我能發揮的地方，於是興趣便這樣一點一點的累積起來。我們的課程中有很多關於電路連接的實習課。舉一個例子，我覺得眾多實習中"微算機實習"是最有趣的。每當我靠著自己完成每一個電路實習，我感到非常有成就感，而且這門課非常有用。

最後，我覺得當我們決定選擇一個目標，就該努力的前進！在這樣廣闊的領域中不斷增加自己的專業知識，說不定未來的日子裡，會有我的科技發明出現在這世界上，受大家的歡迎！
